The data providers are obliged to provide all the data accurately and to the best of their knowledge.
Where the data provider does not provide his or her own personal data, the data provider is obliged to obtain the consent of the data subject.
Where the Data Controller transfers data to processors or other third parties, the Data Controller shall keep a record of such third parties. The record of the data transfer shall include the recipient of the data transfer, the means, the date and the scope of the data transferred.
The Data Controller processes personal data of customers in connection with its online service provision activities. The sole purpose of data processing when using the service is the provision of the service and the fulfilment of the related obligations (invoicing). The Data Controller only processes personal data that is necessary for the purpose of the processing and is suitable for the achievement of that purpose. She processes personal data only to the extent and for the time necessary to achieve the purpose. She also declares the following:
“I will not use email addresses or home addresses to send unsolicited commercial emails.
I will not transfer the data to third countries.
The data will not be used for automated decision-making or profiling.
I will not transfer personal data to unauthorised third parties, unless required to do so by law, and I will not sell it.
In certain cases, I may make the data of the user concerned available to third parties in response to a formal judicial or police request, legal proceedings for copyright, property right or other infringements or where there is a reasonable suspicion that the interests of the Data Controller are prejudiced, the provision of its services is compromised, etc.”
The Data Controller, as the controller of data, is entitled and obliged to transmit to the competent authorities any personal data at its disposal and stored by it in accordance with the law, which it is obliged to transmit by law or by a final and binding obligation of a public authority. The Controller shall not be held liable for the transmission of such data and the consequences thereof.

The emails received during the contact with the Data Controller and their content (in particular the name and address of the sender, the date, attachments) will be stored by the Data Controller for 5 years and then deleted.
The data subject shall have the right to request, at any time and in writing, by email, information about the personal data stored about them and about the processing of such data. A request for information sent by email shall be considered authentic by the Data Controller only if it is sent from an email address previously used for communication with the Data Controller. The data subject may request information about the type of data processed, the legal basis, the purposes and duration of the processing, the names and addresses of any data processors, the activities related to the processing, as well as who has received or is receiving his or her data and for what purposes. The Data Controller shall respond to any queries regarding the processing within 8 working days of receipt. In case of email, the date of receipt shall be deemed to be the first working day following the day of sending.
In the event of a change in personal data, the User may request the modification of their data by sending an email to info@patikreka.hu, which will be done by the Data Controller without undue delay, but within a maximum of 30 days.
The User has the right to object to the processing of their personal data at any time without giving any reason, i.e. to request the deletion of their data, which the Data Controller will do without undue delay, but within a maximum of 30 days. As required by law, this does not apply to the data contained in bank statements and invoices, as the Data Controller is required by law to keep them for 5 years from the last day of the year of submission of the tax return for that year. However, if the data subject has requested the deletion of their data, they may not be used for any other purpose by the Controller.
The personal data provided by the User shall not be verified by the Controller. The person providing the data is solely responsible for the accuracy and veracity of the data. By providing an email address, the User accepts responsibility for the fact that they are the only one to use the services from the email address provided. To this end, the responsibility for any communication with an email address is solely that of the person who registered the email address.
a) Right to information: the User has the right to know who stores their data, for what purpose, on what legal basis, for how long, where, and who has access to them. The purpose of this Privacy Notice is to provide concise, transparent and understandable information in this regard.
b) The right of access to data: the User has the right to know whether the Data Controller is processing data about them, and if so, what data, for what purposes, on what legal basis, for how long, where, by whom, and whether automated decision-making or profiling is taking place in relation to them. If you have any questions in this regard, you can request information by sending an email to info@patikreka.hu.
c) Right to rectification: the User has the right to request the rectification of their data, for example because they have changed. If the data subject has the right to request that their personal data be corrected or changed, they may also do so by sending an email to info@patikreka.hu.
d) Right of erasure: the User has the right to request the erasure of their data processed by the Data Controller. As required by law, this does not apply to the data contained in bank statements and invoices, as the Data Controller is required by law to keep them for 5 years from the last day of the year of filing the tax return for that year. However, if you have requested the deletion of your data, they cannot be used for any other purpose by the Controller.
e) Right to restriction of processing: the User may request that their data not be used by the Controller for certain purposes or for a certain period of time, e.g. because they are inaccurate and the User wishes to provide accurate data.

g) Right to object: the User has the right to object to the use of their data (unless there are legitimate reasons to override the request for erasure, e.g. legal requirement to keep accounts)
h) Right of withdrawal: if the User’s data is processed by the Data Controller on the basis of their consent (e.g. email address), they have the right to withdraw this consent
i) Automated decision-making, profiling: the User has the right to object to the use of their data for automated decision-making or profiling in relation to them.
k) Right to apply to the courts
As the Data Controller, I commit to ensure the security of the User’s data, to take the necessary technical and organisational measures and to establish procedures to ensure that the data stored or processed are protected and to prevent their destruction, unauthorised use or unauthorised alteration.
