a) Right to information: the User has the right to know who stores their data, for what purpose, on what legal basis, for how long, where, and who has access to them. The purpose of this Privacy Notice is to provide concise, transparent and understandable information in this regard.
b) The right of access to data: the User has the right to know whether the Data Controller is processing data about them, and if so, what data, for what purposes, on what legal basis, for how long, where, by whom, and whether automated decision-making or profiling is taking place in relation to them. c) Right to rectification: the User has the right to request the rectification of their data, for example because they have changed. If the data subject has the right to request that their personal data be corrected or changed, they may also do so by sending an email to info@patikreka.hu.
d) Right of erasure: the User has the right to request the erasure of their data processed by the Data Controller. As required by law, this does not apply to the data contained in bank statements and invoices, as the Data Controller is required by law to keep them for 5 years from the last day of the year of filing the tax return for that year. However, if you have requested the deletion of your data, they cannot be used for any other purpose by the Controller.
e) Right to restriction of processing: the User may request that their data not be used by the Controller for certain purposes or for a certain period of time, e.g. because they are inaccurate and the User wishes to provide accurate data.
f) Right to data portability: the User has the right to request their data in a commonly known, machine-readable format for transfer to another service provider
g) Right to object: the User has the right to object to the use of their data (unless there are legitimate reasons to override the request for erasure, e.g. legal requirement to keep accounts)
h) Right of withdrawal: if the User’s data is processed by the Data Controller on the basis of their consent (e.g. email address), they have the right to withdraw this consent
i) Automated decision-making, profiling: the User has the right to object to the use of their data for automated decision-making or profiling in relation to them.
